Usage Terms

By accepting these terms or by installing, downloading, copying, or otherwise using the API, you agree to be and will be bound by the terms of this Agreement as a condition of your license. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, your use is prohibited and you may not install or use the API. The API is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The API is licensed (not sold) to you, and its use is subject to the terms of this Agreement. This is NOT a sale contract.

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 "Application Programming Interfaces", “Web Service”, "API", “WS” means World KYC technology, which may include object code, software libraries, software tools, sample source code, published specifications and Documentation and shall include any future, updated or otherwise modified version(s) thereof produced by World KYC (at its sole discretion) to you.
1.2 "Documentation" includes, but is not limited to manuals, guides and information appropriate or necessary for use in connection with the API.
1.3 “Endpoints” the functions on the servers, called by the API, running the World KYC core (AKA Backend).

2. GRANT OF LICENSE.
World KYC hereby grants Licensee a royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the API for the purpose of your efforts to develop applications to work with the World KYC products. You have no right to distribute, license or otherwise transfer the API to any third party or incorporate the API in any software, product, or technology.
2.1 Sublicenses No right is granted to sublicense its rights hereunder

3. COPIES.
You may copy the API as necessary to exercise your rights hereunder and complete your development efforts.

4. NO ASSERTION.
You agree not to assert any patent rights related to the API or applications developed using the API against World KYC or it’s customers, or other licensees of the API for making, using, selling or importing any products or technology developed using the API.

5. NO REVERSE ENGINEERING.
You have no rights to any source code for any of the software in the API, except for the explicit rights to use the source code as provided to Licensee hereunder. Licensee may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify or disassemble the endpoints of the API.

6. NO WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
The API and Documentation are provided "AS-IS" without any warranty whatsoever.
You use the API at your sole risk. You will be solely responsible for any damage, consequential damages to your computers, for loss of data of your customers and clients.

7. SAFEGUARDING
You are responsible and agree to keep all passwords, access keys, pre-shared keys and other tokens in secure places and protect them properly.

8. INDEMNITY.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless World KYC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, white-label partners, customers or other partners, and employees, from any loss, claim or demand, including attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the API.

9. TERMINATION.
This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement represents the complete agreement concerning the API.
